Insurance Verification
We accept multiple insurance providers. Our team will help you understand the out-of-pocket components, such as deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket max. All we need from you is a copy of your insurance card, and we will take care of the rest.

Diagnosis for ABA Therapy
Most insurance companies require a diagnosis in order to cover ABA therapy services. If you already have a prescription for ABA therapy, you can simply send it to us. But if your child needs to be evaluated, we can schedule a diagnostic evaluation at our center

Come meet us!
Once all required documentation has been gathered and evaluation authorization approved, our BCBA will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique needs. We will also spend time with you to understand your goals and use it to build the most effective treatment plan for your child.

Start Services!
Once the treatment plan is approved by you and your insurance provider, we will schedule a start date for services. Our care team consists of highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide daily therapy to your child. We are excited to be a part of your child’s growth to help them transition to a fulfilling future!
